RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Items in NEW condition may be returned up to one year from the date of purchase. Just follow these instructions:
Proof of purchase (such as a packing slip, return form, or copy of an Order Status email) is required for all returns. No return merchandise authorization is necessary.
Restocking fees up to 30% may apply to manufacturer direct items.
Please do not return shoes, skates, or other items in a retail box by using the retail/shoe box as the outer shipping box. This will result in a restock fee.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
Returns take approximately 5 business days to process upon receipt of the merchandise. Returns are credited to the original payment method less shipping and handling. Email notification is sent upon the finalization of your return, not when your items are received at the facility. Please note that it will take most banks 3-6 business days for the credit to be reflected in your available balance after you receive your email notification.
Returning Large Items
Oversize table games, fitness equipment, basketball systems and other items shipped via truck (freight) require different return procedures. Team Uniforms and Apparel
Returns on merchandise purchased through our Team Department (non customized) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All custom orders are final and not eligible for returns (other than correction of errors).
Defective and Incorrect items
If you receive any defective or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will rectify the problem.
You are welcome to send back the original product (in NEW condition) along with a request for a different product. Please note that there is no guarantee that the product you want will still be in stock by the time we receive your exchange request. Simply fill out the Return/Exchange Form, found on the back of the packing slip included in your package, with all the necessary information (item name, color, and size) so we can get you the correct item. If you need a new form, you may download one here. It can take up to 5 business days to process your request. If the item you are requesting as an exchange is no longer available, we will contact you immediately.
Need your new item faster?
To ensure that you get the new product faster and while it's still in stock, just place a new order. Then, send the original product(s) back to us for a refund. Keep in mind that you will be charged for both items until the original is returned to us in NEW condition; upon receipt, we will then return credit to your original method of payment.
Refusing a Package
You are free to refuse a shipment when it is delivered, however please be aware that doing so will result in additional shipping charges. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from your location, regardless of any "free shipping" benefits, as well as a $10 re-stocking fee. We recommend accepting the package and doing a proper return.
International Package Refusal
If you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
We have certain items which are not eligible to be returned. Some of these are based off safety and sanitary reasons; others are items specifically made for you and would not serve as options for other customers. Please review the exclusion list below to see if this applies to your purchase:
