Return Policy and Procedures



Need to make a Return or an Exchange?

Satisfaction guaranteed on all orders. 

Any item which you are not satisfied with, may be returned within 365 days of purchase (customized items excluded - see individual product page for details). 

 

Returns

  • Merchandise must be returned in "like new" condition.
     
  • Package all the item(s), including all tags that came with the product
     
  • Please Include a copy of original packing slip and reason for return.  Print Return Label & Instructions
     
  • We recommend you send your package via UPS with a tracking number; please do not send COD.  It is important to retain the tracking number of your returned merchandise so that we can verify the receipt of your goods and process your return/exchange promptly.  Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you

  • Freight is not refundable, except for defective items. You will be charged shipping for all exchanges.
     
  • Returns on merchandise purchased through our Team Department are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
     
  • We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  Returns take approximately 5 business days to process upon receipt of the merchandise.
     
  • Oversize table games, fitness equipment, basketball systems and other items shipped via truck (freight) require different return procedures.  To return an item by Freight, call Customer Service at (800) 693-6368.  Click here for more information.


Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to the address at the top of this page and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. This ensures we have the item you want in-stock and you will not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. We will credit your credit card within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise


If we have sent you a defective or incorrect item
, please call us at (800) 693-6368 and we will immediately rectify the problem.

 

Refusing a Package

You are free to refuse a shipment when it is delivered, however please be aware that doing so will result in additional shipping charges. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from your location, regardless of any "free shipping" benefits, as well as a $10
re-stocking fee. Typically, it is easier for most customer to accept the package and do a proper return

Please note, that if you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
