    Q & A

my shoulder width is 17 but my chest size is 36. Wht size should i go with

By Customer Service on July 20, 2015

    Answer:
You are right in between sizes. If you feel like you are going to grow even a little bit, I would go with the medium. Both pads would fit okay at your current size, so go with the medium just to give a little wiggle room for growth.

Is there significant damage on the size small pads that are labeled as scuffed? Are they still brand new?
By Customer Service on January 22, 2014

    Answer:
Any item listed as scuffed has minor cosmetic defects, but no damage that will affect the performance or protection of the pads.

Does a small still allow a lot of mobility around the neck with a helmet on?
By Customer Service on April 9, 2014

    Answer:
These are skill position-specific pads and are therefore designed with greater mobility in mind. As long as you are in the size range for the small pads based on the measurements in the size chart, you will have the increased mobility. If you are purchasing a smaller size than you measure to have smaller pads, they will be tighter than designed.

My son will be playing Freshman quarterback and safety which XV Flex would you recommend . Skill pos., or QB ?

By Customer Service on August 19, 2013

    Answer:
For a player that plays multiple skill positions, we would recommend the skill position shoulder pads. The QB shoulder pads may not offer enough padding for a safety that does significant hitting.
