What are my shipping options?

How long does it take you to ship my order?
Not long at all! All in-stock items on orders placed by 3 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will be shipped that same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday. Custom orders, items with additional processing time, and orders with payment processing delays are excluded.
What does "Leaves warehouse in 2-3 business days" mean?
Some items are not available for immediate shipment. For example, if you purchased an item with "Availability: Leaves warehouse in 2-3 business days", and had it shipped via ground (2 to 6 business days), the item would arrive in 4 to 9 business days. If the same item was shipped via 2nd Day Air, the item would arrive in 4 to 5 business days.
The availability of every item we offer is our best estimate for a ship date. It is not a guaranteed time frame, but the items cannot be expected to ship sooner than what the availability states, even if the item is ordered with express shipping. Whenever you place an order with us, you should get an email not long after confirming the order. This email should also let you know the availability of the item, or if any stocking issue occurred.

Will you refund my shipping costs if my package is late?
Severe weather and other acts of God can cause a delay in a package's delivery, even if it ships on time as estimated from our warehouse. In cases of blizzards, earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, etc., UPS, USPS or other delivery services may be unable to reach you as predicted. Unfortunately, in these instances we cannot refund your shipping costs.
Do 'Next Day Air' or '2 Day Air' shipping options count weekends?
Shipping times for UPS, USPS and FedEX are only calculated by business days. In other words, if you ordered an in-stock item on Thursday after 3 PM ET, and opted for Next Day Air, your order would ship Friday and you would receive it on Monday (the following business day).
My USPS tracking information shows it was delivered, why haven't I received it?
We're not sure, but we suggest that you please contact your local post office. Provide them with your tracking number and they should be able to help you locate your package. If, for some reason, they cannot help you or if you run into any problem at all, give us a call or send us an email and we’ll get everything situated.
Is the expected ship date in my email guaranteed?
No, our expected ship date is a best estimate, based on over 30 years of experience in the industry, shipping goods all over the world and working with shipping services. Typically, this estimate is fairly accurate but it is only our best estimate.
