The Spalding Chrome Floor Plate / 3" Sleeve - Pair are designed for use with Spalding's power volleyball systems that have 3" o.d. uprights. The floor plate package comes with two cover plate assemblies and two floor sleeves. The cover plate has a polished chrome finish and has a hinged cover that closes flush with the floor when the volleyball uprights are not in use.
