Speed training is not just
about how to run faster. You can improve you speed by increasing
your acceleration, stride length, stride rate, speed endurance and your
running form and technique. Speed chutes and pull sleds increase
the resistance you are running against, building leg strength and
endurance. Speed ladders work on your starting and stopping
reaction times which help with
agility training as well. Nine times out of ten, the teams or
athletes with the most speed will win the game. So stop thinking
