is the first commercial reformer to include the patent pending Free Form Cardio
Rebounder. The Aero Pilates Pro Premier (AP3) gives you a complete aerobic
workout for improved cardio and expedient weight loss. This machine is also more
efficient than a treadmill at reaching and maintaining target heart rates.
For use in Pilates studios, fitness centers, college, high school and other sports training centers, and other professional training areas. Also appropriate for serious home workout areas.
