The Stamina 5686B Aero Pilates Pro Premier Pilates Machine is the first commercial reformer to include the patent pending Free Form Cardio Rebounder. The Aero Pilates Pro Premier (AP3) gives you a complete aerobic workout for improved cardio and expedient weight loss. This machine is also more efficient than a treadmill at reaching and maintaining target heart rates.
