The York 160 kg. Solid Rubber Olympic Training Barbell Set features a 20 kg. stress-relieved alloy-steel bar with revolving sleeves and rubber training discs that provide flooring protection. Rubber is combined with a polymer adhesive that is molded using a high-intensity heat compression technique. All plates are reinforced with a 2” bronze center sleeve and are compatible with all York Olympic bars.
