dave from tx asked:
could my 6' 155lb 31 waist kid wear the youth sizes or would he need adult size
Due to his height, he would probably need the adult pants.
scott from fargo north dakota asked:
my son is 12 about 140 lbs and he got a a pair of in a xxl and there to small for him what would be the next step up for him
The best thing to do would be to measure his waist size and go by that. The next larger waist size would be an adult XL.
Diego's Mom from North Carolina asked:
I have a big problem with pants that are big enough for my son in the waist/butt being way too long and the knee pads being halfway down his shins. What is the inseam length for the youth XL and XXL sizes?
The inseam of the youth XL is 15" and the youth XXL is 16"
Brian from San Diego asked:
What is the difference between the DNA pants and the other Schutt Youth All-in-One Polyester Football Pants with Pads Item #: 251-84500?
The DNA Youth All-In-One Football Pants with Pads are a nylon/spandex blend. This shinier, stretchier fabric is what most teams where during games. The Polyester version is a durable, matte pant used mainly for practice.
Chris LeBlanc from Leominster, Massachusetts asked:
We bought the adult large pant (36" - 38") by mistake and the pants where generally too large and loose for my son. Is the youth xl pant (34" - 36") smaller all over (length, leg width etc.) than a smaller adult size? Also, can the belt be removed and replaced with a team belt?
Yes, the youth pants are smaller overall than the adult pants. They are shorter and have narrower legs. The belt cannot be removed.
