STX Pro Reversible Field Hockey Shinguards

I had these shinguards before and loved them, they started to rip after a few years, so I ordered another pair. Only, I couldn't get them on even though they were meant for adults. Very upset, since these shinguards were very good.

I emailed explaining they were matched in description but something was wrong with them. my 6 year old could get them on her leg but my 13 year old could not. They were purchased for my 13 year old. I ordered adult large. They clearly had something wrong with them. I was asked to give description, I was asked to take pictures. I was told it would be forwarded to manufacturer. My response was that they should fit..umm no kidding they don't because there is something wrong with them. I was told I could return them and pay a second shipping cost. so I gave them to a small child that plays field hockey for free losing the cost and shipping. I expressed my disgust with the way this was handled...certainly not a company that wants repeat business. I had an issue with a fit bit, no questions...they sent me a new one just like that. That is a company that will have my business any day of the week. If I could click 0 stars I would, but that wasn't an option.
