The Fisher Catch All Football Vest is a great quarterback receiver warm up drill and teaches receivers to focus on the flight of the ball and both their body and hand positioning when catching the ball. The thick chest pad teaches players to fully extend their arms and catch the ball with just their hands instead of catching it with their chest which increases their chance of dropping the ball. The adjustable shoulder strap allows use with or without shoulder pads.
