• What are my options if I live outside of the USA?

  Our preferred shipper is UPS International, but we have many options in the International section of our Shipping Methods page.

• Which countries do you ship to?

  Here is a list of countries we ship to.

• Are there additional taxes and fees?

  That depends! Canada shipping may have an option to pay duties and taxes when purchasing. If so, the shipping method will say "includes duties and taxes". If it does not, you are responsible for these fees before Customs will release your package. For more specific information visit our Customs, Duties, Tariffs, Taxes, and VAT page.

  If you are using an international credit card, we are required to take additional verification steps. We require the credit card phone number on all international orders.

  Please note, that if you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.

• Does free shipping apply to international orders?

  No. It only applies to the continental United States.

• Is everything on the site able to ship internationally?

  Not all items are able to ship internationally. This includes larger items such as Basketball Systems, Football Training Aids and Field Equipment, Pool Tables, Ping Pong Tables, Foosball Tables, Air Hockey Tables, and Fitness Machines.
