  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    You can make changes to your order or abandon the ordering process at any time before hitting the "Submit Your Order" button. Once you've hit the "Submit Your Order" button, you cannot modify your order, so give us a call right away to make any changes.

  • Why was I charged for my canceled order?

    The debit that you are seeing is most likely an authorization charge that is used to ensure that the card is approved or declined. It should drop off automatically in 1-7 business days, depending on the bank or credit card company that you use.

    If this isn't the case and the charge isn't dropped, this amount will be credited the same day of the cancellation. The credited amount will take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.
