The Kuat NV 2.0 Base Hitch Bike Rack - 2" Receiver has all the features of the NV 2.0, minus the Trail Doc (which you can add on at any time), in a matte black finish. Adjustable front tire cradle system fits tires 20" to 29" and keeps bikes from touching each other. Foot-assisted pivot system allows you to gently drop the rack with a tap of the foot when your hands are full. Hand-tight came is easy and quick and gives you a snug fit that won't wobble even on the roughest roads.
