The P928 offers three separate resistance attachment positions that provide loading at 50%, 100%, and 200% of the tank setting, allowing precise resistance customization for different movement patterns and muscle groups. Heavy posterior chain exercises can be performed at higher resistance settings while lighter, high-speed, and mobility-based movements can be trained at lower resistance levels without overloading the body.
