First Team developed the Flush-Mount adjustable back plate so that their rims would fit both 5" x 5" and 4" x 5" mounting patterns. The special feature of the Flush-Mount is that it adjusts to custom fit to your backboard so that nothing sticks out where it is not supposed to.
