Fisher Junior Football Pop-Up Dummy

The Pop up dummy is great for my 9 year old. I work a lot so it allows my son to practice when I'm not home. Great product!!!

I bought this for my 8 year old son for christmas. Great product but I paid $85 to ship it to my house and it came in a box that only covered the bottom half and there was a clear plastic bag covering the top of it. Thank goodness I saw it before my son did because it would have blown his Christmas surprise. I expected for $85, It would have it been protected in a box that covered the whole item. Lucky for me that it got put on a porch I can't imagine what it would have looked like if it had been left out in the weather. Very dissatisfied with the shipping but the actual item seems great. I guess we will see for sure on Christmas.

This pop up dummy is the perfect size for youth football teams, ages 5-10, I'd say. Really helped my coaching staff with drill, since they didn't have to stand there and hold a traditional bag all practice! Kids LOVE it as well. I purchased 2 and have NO REGRETS!

Our 9 year old son started playing football this year-he is about 97 pounds and 4 ft 8 inches. Plays Offensive and Defensive Tackle. Told him if he sacked the QB we would get him a tackling dummy (had planned on getting him one for Christmas regardless)---well, he got the sack mid-season and I did my research. This dummy is EXCELLENT! He loves it and it takes a beating. Sized really well for him---am sure we will need to bump up to larger size in about 3 yrs or so but so far it is well worth the money. Pops back up after every hit---which means his dad does not need to hold it for him like several other tackling dummies we looked at. It is sized well so helps him tackle right. We will be looking at getting the attachment arms for Christmas I think!
