Featuring an innovative 3-pole super structure, this cage improves sightlines for athletes, coaches, judges, and spectators while reducing structural stress from high winds. The streamlined three-pole design also helps lower installation costs compared to traditional multi-post systems.
A retractable sliding net door system replaces traditional heavy metal door frames, reducing implement damage and eliminating dangerous wind sail. The sliding net doors retract easily and secure in place with an overhead magnet plate and ground anchor key, allowing for quicker, simpler competition setup.
The cage also features a single-operator U-Net frame and winch system, allowing users to raise or lower the U-Net frame in under five minutes using a standard drill. Gill's exclusive winch and cable routing design enables one-person operation, making implement retrieval and event transitions faster without the need for heavy equipment.
For enhanced safety and training efficiency, the cage includes rear door access, allowing entry to the throwing area from the back of the cage. This design keeps athletes away from the throwing sector while improving the speed of repetitions during practice and competition.
