Product Overview
The Rae Crowther 5 Man Z Leverage Sled is engineered for "real leverage" with no gimmicks or artificial lightness. Each chassis demands 132 pounds of force to engage, giving athletes the resistance they need to develop true power at the point of contact. This is no rail-guided system. Each pad travels independently in 3D-side to side, up and down-simulating real on-field interaction and eliminating the unnatural "push-and-roll" technique that modern defenders easily defeat. Unlike traditional sleds that teach a horizontal push followed by a hip roll, the Leverage Sled supports Force Deflection - a modern, biomechanically sound blocking technique. With a square base and ascending line of force, athletes engage through the hips, drive upward through contact, and finish with relentless footwork. It's how today's best linemen dominate the line of scrimmage.
