With a run-through frame and wide pad spacing, it supports drills from run block and pass pro to goal line and tackling fit. The modular design makes it easy to expand or shrink the sled as needed. S-Pads are shaped like a real player-head, torso, waist, and knees-and are removable for storage. Designed to keep players low and leverage-focused, it reinforces the "Low Man Wins" principle.
