The Russell Youth/Adult Solid Custom Football Jersey with Side Inserts is a robust and functional jersey designed for young football players. It is crafted from 100% nylon for colored versions and 100% polyester tricot mesh for the white version, providing both durability and breathability. This jersey features a reinforced 73 cloth yoke for added durability in high-contact areas and skill cut 73 cloth sleeves for complete pad coverage. Additionally, the 62 cloth side and under sleeve insert offer a tailored fit. The jersey also includes a V-neck collar and set-in sleeves, enhancing both comfort and style. Customize it with names, numbers and logos.

  • Team Name: Choose from stock fonts or create your own team name logo (one-color screen print included)
  • Player Names: Applied with high quality heat transfer letters (additional charges apply for all player names)
  • Player Numbers: High quality transfer or screened numbers available in standard fonts
  • Custom Logo: Simple one-color logos will be screen printed in lieu of a team name. Multi-color logos and additional logos will incur additional charges

Please Note: 40 piece minimum. Setup charges start at $50 for screen printing and embroidery and vary based on the specifics of your order. Where applicable, an upcharge will apply for sizes 2XL and up. Prices above include one color screen print or tackle-twill for each name and number. Embroidery includes multi-color customization.
