The York STS Multi-Function Bench is the ultimate adjustable training bench, engineered for versatility, durability, and seamless integration with York's Strength Training Series. Whether used inside a rack or as a standalone dumbbell bench, this is York's most adjustable bench, built to support a wide range of strength training movements.
Designed with a 6-position depth adjustment system, the bench easily slides forward or backward along a chrome-plated steel guide rod using UHMW bushing blocks. This allows users to quickly customize positioning for different torso lengths without removing the bench from the rack, improving both efficiency and workout flow.
The back and seat pads adjust to multiple angles, including flat, incline, and upright positions, making it ideal for presses, shoulder work, and more. When used with STS Modular Racks, the bench features a passive locking system that secures it to the rear stringer for maximum stability. Integrated diamond-plate spotting platforms add an extra level of safety during heavy lifts.
Built for both performance and convenience, the bench includes impact-resistant rubber wheels with self-lubricating bearings and foam grip handles for easy mobility around your training space.
