Engineered for use on the outside of York STS Power Racks and Multi-function Racks, these spot arms offer reliable support and peace of mind for athletes training at high intensity.
With a generous 27 inch length, these spot arms provide ample coverage to safely catch the bar if a lift is missed. The integrated plastic wear guards run the full length of the arm, helping protect both the bar and the wrinkle black finish from damage over time. A single pin design allows for quick and secure height adjustments in 3 inch increments, while the forward-facing connecting pin ensures proper positioning on the exterior of the rack.
