The Gill Athletics Custom Size Sand Pit Cover provides a durable and secure solution for protecting long jump and triple jump sand pits from weather, debris, and unwanted intrusion. Designed for a precise fit, each cover is custom manufactured to match the exact dimensions of your facility?s sand pit, ensuring reliable coverage and long-term performance.
Covers are available in exclusive Vipol? Matrix mesh material or solid vinyl polyester, giving facilities the option to choose between breathable or solid protection. The Vipol? Matrix mesh allows rain, sunlight, and air to pass through the cover, helping prevent water pooling and mold while keeping sand protected and contained.
Each cover is reinforced with a vinyl-wrapped galvanized steel chain perimeter, providing built-in ballast to keep the cover securely in place without the need for additional anchors. This design helps ensure the cover remains positioned properly over the pit even in windy conditions.
For facilities looking to enhance branding or visibility, an optional 5' × 5' multi-color graphic can be added to the cover. Custom graphics require submission of a graphic worksheet and vector artwork for production.
