The Gill Athletics Ready-Fit Aluminum Sand Pit Cover provides a clean, professional solution for protecting long jump and triple jump pits while maintaining the visual continuity of your track facility. Designed specifically for use with Gill Functional-Form Sand Pits, this cover system offers a durable, lightweight design that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding track surface.
Each cover panel is fabricated from extruded aluminum seat plank, with three planks securely welded into a frame constructed from 2-3/8" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" aluminum angle for exceptional strength and stability. The recessed panel design allows contractors to apply the same track surface material used on the runway or surrounding track, creating a seamless appearance across the facility.
For convenience, each panel includes four retractable handles that drop into the panel when not in use, reducing obstruction while allowing quick installation and removal of the cover panels.
Ready-Fit covers are manufactured to pair directly with Gill Functional-Form sand pits, ensuring proper fit and performance when ordered together.
Built with the same proven construction as the Gill Aluminum Sand Pit Cover, the Ready-Fit system offers a reliable and visually appealing way to protect your sand pits when not in use.
