Product Overview
The Porter TFX Basketball Rim combines both breakaway and flex rim technologies to create a goal with maximum flexibility, and it was uniquely designed to absorb impact from all directions and reduce the shock in a player's hand when slam dunking or hanging on the rim. This rim includes a durable anti-whip net and all the necessary mounting hardware to attach it to any 42" x 72" rectangular backboard, and it features a Tube-tie Net Attachment system that replaces the conventional wire-formed type net locks to provide additional player safety. Plus, this steel rim has keyhole-type upper slots and slotted lower attachment points that enable mounting to a backboard or a direct-mount type support system without having to remove the hardware, allowing for easy one-person goal installation on any system.
