- Do you ship internationally?
- Definitely! Most of our products Ship Super Fast and can ship internationally to
any country we deliver to. For any product that isn’t listed as "Shipping Super Fast,"
or for any country not listed, please call 610-994-9690 to obtain a custom international shipping quote.
To find out whether your item ships internationally immediately, look right under the price for the item's availability.
If it says In Stock - Ships Super Fast! then it ships overseas. If it reads
Leaves warehouse within 2 -3 business days or
more then please call 610-994-9690 and obtain a custom shipping quote.
Please note, that if you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.

- Can any item ship internationally?
- Almost any item on the site can ship internationally. If you can’t get a shipping quote directly online, please contact us at
610-994-9690 to get a custom shipping quote.
Keep in mind that larger items such as basketball systems, volleyball systems, pool tables, ping pong tables, etc., cannot ship internationally.

- I live outside of the U.S. How are you going to get my order to me and what is it going to cost?
- If you are shipping an order to Canada, we offer the
following shipping methods:
- Ground shipping – UPS Canada Standard
- Express shipping – UPS Worldwide Saver
In both circumstances, our shipping charges include all Canadian
taxes, duties and fees, to save you the trouble and the time
when the order gets to your door.
If you are shipping an order to any country,
other than Canada, we offer the following shipping methods:
- USPS International Priority Mail
- UPS Worldwide Expedited – In transit for 3-5 business days
- UPS Worldwide Express Saver – In transit for 2-3 business days
Our shipping charge does not include taxes, duties and fees, in
these instances.
Please note, that if you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
Also, just so you’re not surprised if it happens, credit cards
from outside of the U.S may require
additional verification when
you are ordering.

- Do you accept international credit cards?
- We certainly do! To ensure your security and comply with international financial laws we take additional identity verification steps and require the credit card owner’s phone number on all international orders. We also accept PayPal!

- The site is not letting me place my international order. What do I do?
- If the website is not letting you complete your international order, please call us immediately at
610-994-9690, so we can figure out the issue and get you a custom shipping quote.

- Is there "free shipping" for international orders?
- Due to the high and sometimes unknown costs of shipping internationally, we cannot offer free shipping promotions on any item shipping internationally.

- How long does an international shipment take to be delivered?
- This depends on a few factors, some of which are totally up to you. Overseas deliveries from USPS can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. However, UPS WorldWide offers an Expedited service that takes about 3-5 days and an Express Saver service that takes about 2-3 days.
There are some factors that are out of our control. Some items can take longer if they get held up at customs. We know this can be frustrating, so we do everything we can to track your order and keep you updated with its progress.

- Why does it cost so much to ship to Canada?
- To make the entire shipping process easier for you, we include the cost of all taxes, duties and fees in your initial shipping charge. This way you don’t have to worry about signing another check when the package shows up at your doorstep.

- My country charged taxes and duties on imports. Am I responsible for these fees?
- With the exception of Canada, when we ship a product to your country, you are responsible for any additional fees such as taxes and duties. These fees are not included in the initial charge for shipping.

- Can you change the cost of the product on the shipping/customs label so I don’t have to pay taxes to my country?
- For insurance and liability reasons, we must list accurate prices on all shipping and customs labels.

- Can I return the item?
- Within 40 days of receiving the product, if it is still in
new or unused condition, you are free to return it to us. Please
keep in mind that you are responsible for all shipping charges
associated with sending the product back to us. Any special shipping offers do not apply for international shipments.
