Order Status / Tracking

Will I get a tracking number once my order ships?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as tracking becomes available for your order. This email will include a link to the shipper’s website so you can easily track your shipment.

If it is quickly approaching your estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received a tracking number, please call us at 800-693-6368 or send an email and we will get you that information as quickly as possible.

If your order is shipping via common carrier or truck, you may not receive a tracking number.

How do I find the status of my order?

You should also receive a confirmation email when your order is processed, then another one when it ships. Check your spam folder if these emails aren’t popping up in your inbox.

Why did my ordered item get cancelled when the item was available on the website?
We sincerely apologize for that inconvenience! It’s a rare occurrence, but there are times when an item will run out of stock very quickly and our Web Team cannot remove it from our site in time. Please give us a call at 800-693-6368 or send us an email and we can help you find a similar item that is in stock.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have completed and sent your order, we unfortunately cannot cancel or alter it. Our system is designed to fill orders and ship them as quickly as possible. If you must cancel your entire order, please call our Customer Service department at 800-693-6368 and our customer service representatives will try to cancel your order before it packs and ships. However, please know that you have a limited amount of time in which your order can be cancelled.

An item was cancelled off of my order. How long until I receive my credit?
We apologize that the item was cancelled. If, for some reason, you were charged for the cancelled item, you should receive a credit from us as soon as the order is cancelled. A credit will not appear on your online credit card statement for 2-5 days.

Why have I not received any emails regarding my order?
If you provided us with an email address either on your account or when purchasing an item, you should be hearing from us. If you haven’t received an email a few things could be happening. Check your spam folder since sometimes emails can easily get caught in a spam filter. If this is not the case, please give us a call at 800-693-6368 or send us an email and we can double check that we have your correct email address.
