Shipping and Delivery
- Why is my estimated ship date so far in the future? I
selected 2nd Day Air or Next Day air and my package won’t ship
for another week.
- We calculate the estimated ship date based on the
availability of your item displayed on the website. You can
find an item’s availability (i.e., when it’s going to ship
from one of our warehouses) right under the price. The
shipping method you chose affects the time it takes for your
order to get from our warehouse to your door step. If, for
example, the product doesn’t leave our warehouse for 2
business days, it will take that amount of time no matter
which shipping method is chosen. We know that waiting for
your order can be intolerable, so we get your items to you
as quickly, safely and as cost-efficiently as possible!

- How much will it cost to ship my order?
- To figure out your shipping costs, please use the
convenient shipping calculator located underneath the
button
on every page for every product. Just fill out your zip and
postal code and it will automatically calculate your exact
shipping costs for that product.
If you’re ordering a few items, you can calculate the
shipping costs for the entire order by going to your
shopping cart and using our shipping calculator at the
bottom of that page. Plus, most of the time you won’t even
have to worry about shipping. Most orders over $99 ship
free!

- Why does it cost so much to ship to Canada?
- To make the entire shipping process easier for you, we
include the cost of all taxes, duties and fees in your
initial shipping charge. This way you don’t have to worry
about signing another check when the package shows up at
your doorstep.

- Do you ship internationally?
- Definitely! Most of our products Ship Super Fast and can
ship internationally to any
country we deliver to.
For any
product that isn’t listed as "Shipping Super Fast,"
or is not listed, please call 800-693-6368 to obtain a custom international
shipping quote.
To find out whether your item ships internationally
immediately, look
right under the price for the item's availability. If it
says In Stock - Ships Super Fast! then it ships overseas. If it reads
Leaves warehouse
within 2 -3 business days or more then please call
800-693-6368 and obtain a custom shipping quote.

- I live outside of the U.S. How are you going to get my order to me and what is it going to cost?
- If you are shipping an order to Canada, we offer the
following shipping methods:
- Ground shipping – UPS Canada Standard
- Express shipping – UPS Worldwide Saver
In both circumstances, our shipping charges include all Canadian
taxes, duties and fees, to save you the trouble and the time
when the order gets to your door.
If you are shipping an order to any country we deliver to,
other than Canada, we offer the following shipping methods:
- USPS International Priority Mail
- UPS Worldwide Expedited – In transit for 3-5 business days
- UPS Worldwide Express Saver – In transit for 2-3 business days
Our shipping charge does not include taxes, duties and fees, in
these instances.
Please note, that if you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
Also, just so you’re not surprised if it happens, credit cards
from outside of the U.S may require
additional verification when
you are ordering.

- I’m ordering something pretty big like a Ping Pong Table or a Pool Table. What kind of delivery service does the shipping cost include?
- Standard curbside delivery is just that; the delivery person
will need your help getting the item out of the truck and will
leave it at your curbside. Additional delivery services such as
two-man delivery, in-home delivery, lift-gate trucks and pallet
jacks aren’t included in the price of the item, and are totally
up to you. You can purchase these services directly from the
trucking company when they call you to make a delivery
appointment. Keep in mind that although these prices vary from
city to city, they usually cost somewhere between $75 and $150
extra.

- Why haven’t I received any emails regarding my order?
- If you provided us with an email address either in your
account or when you purchased an item, you should be hearing
from us. If you haven’t received an email a few things could be
happening. First, check your spam folder since sometimes emails
can easily get caught in a spam filter. If that is not the case,
and no emails have arrive then please give us a call at (800)
693-6368 or send us an email and we can double check that we
have your correct email address on file.

- An item was cancelled off of my order. Can I order something else in its place?
- If the rest of the order hasn’t shipped out yet, then you
can order another item in its place. There are some cases though
when the replacement item needs to be added to a new order.

- Can I cancel or change my order?
- Once you have completed and sent your order, we
unfortunately cannot cancel or alter it. Our system is designed
to fill orders and ship them as quickly as possible. If you must
cancel your entire order, please call our Customer Service
department at 800-693-6368 and our customer service
representatives will try to cancel your order before it packs
and ships. However, please know that you have a limited amount
of time in which your order can be cancelled.

- How do you ship items?
- For the most part we ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. The
method depends upon the weight, size, and location of where your
package is shipping from. Large items like ping pong tables,
pool tables and basketball systems just aren’t going to fit into
a little brown truck, and will have to ship via trucking or
freight companies.

- How long does it take to ship the item I ordered?
- Most of the items you’ll find here ship from our warehouse
the business day after you’ve ordered them. Actually, if you
place your order between Tuesday and Friday before noon EST,
your items usually ship that day!
Some items don’t ship that fast. On every product page you’ll
see (right under the price) when that item leave our warehouse
(“Leaves warehouse in 2-3 business day” for example). This
indicates when it will be shipped, not when it will arrive at
your door step. Shipping time depends on how far the package
needs to go and how it’s shipped. If you’re not sure how long it
will take to get to you, just use our handy shipping calculator
located on every product page!
Sometimes, items may be backordered. In this unfortunate case,
we will send you an email right away letting you know when your
item is expected to ship.

- I ordered my item with express / expedited shipping but I didn’t get it in 2 days. Why not?
- Don’t worry; it’s on its way. On the product page of your
item, right under the price, is the availability of your item,
i.e., when it’s going to ship from our warehouse. The shipping
method you chose affects the time it takes for your order to get
from our warehouse to your door step. If the product doesn’t
leave our warehouse for 2 days, for example, it will take that
amount of time no matter which shipping method you chose. We
know that waiting for your order can be intolerable, so we get
your items to you as quickly, safely and as cost-efficiently as
possible!

- My package is late. Can I be refunded my shipping costs?
- Severe weather and other acts of God can cause a delay in a
package's delivery, even if it ships on time as estimated from
our warehouse. In cases of blizzards, earthquakes, tornadoes,
floods, etc., UPS, USPS or other delivery services may be unable
to reach you as predicted. Unfortunately, in these instances we
cannot refund your shipping costs.

- My order is over $99, so why am I being charged for shipping?
- We do our best to give you an array of shipping options for
your orders so you can get your items as quickly as possible. At
this time though, our free shipping offer for orders over $99
only applies to ground shipments within the continental US. If
you chose another shipping option, or are shipping
internationally, you are not eligible for free shipping.
It may also be possible that one or more of the items in your
order is not eligible for free shipping. Please check out our
list of non-eligible items.

- I have an account with FedEx or UPS, can I ship on that account?
- If your item is in stock and ships super fast from our
warehouse we may be able to use your UPS account for your
shipment. You will need to contact our Customer Service
department at 800-693-6368 or via email to place the order and
provide the account information.
We cannot ship on your FedEx account.

- If I choose Next Day Air or 2 Day Air shipping do those days count weekends?
- Shipping times for UPS, USPS and FedEX are only calculated
by business days. In other words, if you ordered an item on
Thursday, and opted for Next Day Air, then your order would ship
Friday and you would receive it on Monday. We strive to ship
orders placed by noon EST the same day so there is a good chance
an order placed Friday, Next Day Air will be received by Monday.

- Do you ship to APOs?
- We do our absolute best to ship as many items as possible to
APOs. There are some items on our site that, due to some
shipping restrictions, can’t be delivered to an APO/FPO address.
We always go the extra mile to get packages to our soldiers
though. We are a proud supporter and volunteer for the
Philadelphia Treats for Troops Initiative.

- How long does an international shipment take to be delivered?
- This depends on a few factors, some of which are totally up
to you. Overseas deliveries from USPS can take anywhere from 2-4
weeks. However, UPS WorldWide offers an Expedited service that
takes about 3-5 days and an Express Saver service that takes
about 2-3 days.
There are some factors that are out of our control. Some items
can take longer if they get held up at customs. We know this can
be frustrating, so we do everything we can to track your order
and keep you updated with its progress.

- My order shipped USPS and the tracking information is showing it was delivered but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do?
- Please contact your
local post office. Provide them with
your tracking number and they should be able to help you locate
your package. If, for some reason, they cannot help you or if
you run into any problem at all, give us a call at 800-693-6368
or send us an email and we’ll get everything situated.

- Why is my shipping rate so high?
- Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the
item as well as the distance it has to travel. We know this can
get expensive, so we always pass discounts we receive from
shipping companies directly on to you. We also work hard to keep
our entire inventory priced low to help defer some of the costs
of shipping.

- I’m not going to be home when my order is delivered. Do I need to sign for it?
- No, we don’t require you to sign for packages from us.
Whether the package is left without a signature or not is left
to the discretion of the driver.
If the package is not left at your doorstep, there will be a
note left at your door letting you know that they tried to
deliver it. Depending on the item and the delivery service used,
the note may give you a location where you can pick up your
package.
UPS will only make 3 attempts to deliver the item to your door
before it is returned to the warehouse. If this happens and your
order needs to be reshipped, you may incur additional shipping
charges.

- Where is my order shipping from?
- Our shipping warehouse is located in Pennsylvania, not far
from Philadelphia.

- I received an email stating that my item is expected to ship on a particular day. Is this guaranteed?
- Our expected ship date is a best estimate, based on our 27
years of experience in the industry, shipping goods all over the
world and working with shipping services. Typically, this
estimate is fairly accurate but it is only our best estimate.

- Can I refuse a package when my item is
delivered?
- You are free to refuse a shipment when it is delivered, however please be aware that doing
so will result in additional shipping charges. You will be
responsible for the shipping charges to and from your location,
regardless of any "free shipping" benefits, as well as a $10
re-stocking fee. Typically, it is easier for most customer to
accept the package and do a proper return.
